Convenient location with plenty of restaurants around. Close to subway stations and all other transportation means. Rooms are well insulated and quiet.

two things a staff member came into the room at 7:30 am and i had the do not disturb sign out. Also the bed was twenty years old and it should be in the dump.

The service was great and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect. -In the heart of downtown with a subway line nearby.

The hotel feels a little outdated and the look of the room feels old, but they clearly tried to modernize it by adding a lot of technological features in the rooms.

The property is sexually located in very nice inside. The rooms were comfortable, warm and clean, and the staff were very respectful and attended.

Better fitness center with some weights

Near Wanchai MTR, the room is new and clean. Staffs are nice. Have Starbucks, Pret a Manger, M&S Food in front of the hotel. 7-11 is also very close to hotel. From HK Station, only 2 stops by Island Line to the hotel.

Quite expensive during new year. 1500 HKD deposit is required. Cannot book taxi in advance to HK AirPort Express

The hotel is very expensive for what it offers. We found a lot of dirt in the room and had to change rooms. The hotel manager didn't even want to talk to us. The view from both rooms on the 19th floor was very bad, we had other old and dirty buildings in front of us. The location of the hotel is not good. Far from all the attractions and transportation in Hong Kong is very expensive. The breakfast is poor and with poor quality products.

I traveled from Taiwan to Hong Kong and stayed at this hotel. Before my trip, I called the hotel to ask how to get from the airport to the hotel, and they provided very detailed instructions. This helped me save a lot of money, as it turned out that taking a public bus was sufficient to travel between the airport and the hotel.The hotel also kindly accepted several packages for me that I ordered from Taobao. In addition, the staff were very knowledgeable about good restaurants nearby and were able to provide clear directions.Most of the hotel staff are young, and most of them appear to be experienced and capable of quickly assisting guests with various issues. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because there are many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area.The hotel’s location is excellent, and if I visit Hong Kong again in the future, I would seriously consider staying at the same hotel again.

Hong Kong is full of high-rise buildings. Even though I stayed on a floor as high as the 20th, the view outside my window was still mainly other buildings, and there was very little view of the sky. However, this is not the hotel’s fault, as this is simply the nature of Hong Kong. If I had to mention anything that felt less than perfect, this would probably be it.

Great location and spacious rooms.The city view was nice compared to, I guess, the rooms facing the narrower street.If you need to go to the convention center this hotel is great.

My room was “connected” to another room through a regular door. If your neighbor is loud you might hear noise.

Convenient location walking distance to the convention and helpful staffs.

It’s the old building with recent renovated room therefore there was a slow water drainage in the shower room. It was quickly assessed and fixed when I informed the front desk.

The room was very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out for our 4 night stay. Great area - public transport right outside door and easy access to ferries by bus. Lots of street food and bars around the area. The hotel itself has two great restaurants.
